TWO SIMMERING PANS
In 2014, an Event Manager and a Head Chef met doing what they love and the logical step was to form Two Simmering Pans in order to combine our expertise.
Styling events & designing menus in our own unique way and delivering quality dining experiences is our passion.
Today the TSP team provide event management, wedding catering services and private chef hire in South Wales, the Cotswolds, Bristol and across the South West.

Event & Marketing Director
The organised one.
"I've worked in hospitality for 20 years and been part of some of the biggest events in the South West. From the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta to the Royal International Air Tattoo, my eye for detail has come in handy!
I love food and I love people, so naturally I love planning events and dinners. Seeing happy clients and guests makes the long hours worth it!"
Creative with cuisine.
"Running events is good fun, it's exciting to cook creatively and can be a challenge being in different kitchens each time. But that's where experience comes in.
I have worked with TSP for a few years and what always sticks out is the quality of their events, plus they are thoroughly nice people" We didn't ask him to say that!
Executive Chef | Director
The culinary talent.
"My experience in the catering industry has been incredibly varied and taken me around the world, helping me become the confident, creative and enthusiastic chef I am today.
Complimentary flavours, great quality ingredients and the ability to be flexible with menu design are all important to me. I strive to deliver exceptional dining experiences whatever the occasion."
The efficient energy.
"My hospitality experience is certainly vast. I have worked across a variety of different industries and event spaces. From Michelin star pubs to weddings and business launches, I always bring endless energy and run a very efficient ship!
Working with TSP is always a pleasure and I love hearing the client's feedback. Great teamwork is so important."
