What a strange and worrying few months for the hospitality industry ...
As of the 12th March, our outside catering business ground to a halt. Corporate lunches were stopped, private events postponed and weddings cancelled as the government told us to stay at home. We understand this has affected us all and our sympathies go out to the hospitality industry as a whole.
If you haven't already seen on our social media, we have adapted to offer a food delivery service and if you live in the Bristol area, or South Wales, you can order our chef quality Ready Meal range, directly from our online SHOP.
The main meals include traditional favourites such as beef lasagne and Lancashire hotpot and our delicious desserts range from a Summer fruit crumble to gooey chocolate brownies.
The range has been described as "the best 'takeaway' I've ever tasted" and it's cheaper than one too!
All prepared in our 5* Food Hygiene rated production kitchen, we offer a contactless delivery service and everything is in oven proof containers for an easy, healthy and hearty dinner.
We are hopeful that our regular business will pick up again soon enough and as the country looks at a phased return to ‘normality’ our Executive Chef, Oliver, has completed a course actioned by the Institute of Hospitality. We wanted to take a proactive approach to making sure we are up to date on operational procedures, health & safety training and Coronavirus specific precautions - you can see a copy of our CERTIFICATE by clicking the highlighted word.
Perhaps soon, small groups of families and friends will be able to get together at their homes for a special evening of eating & drinking, or have a small garden party/BBQ to celebrate being able to see loved ones after many months apart.
So please do still get in touch if you want a special fine dining treat when we are able to do so, and support small businesses through this.
