Buffet Lunch With Style
The client's guests are on business over two days and so we look after their coffee breaks, buffet lunch and then a three course dinner in the evening. There is plenty of delicious food and drink to keep them entertained.
To cater for a variety of dietary requirements and menu preferences in a large group, we provided a buffet lunch that consisted of wraps, Kilner jar salads, savoury bites and sweet treats. Please see the gallery below for some pics!
As established event caterers, we can provide everything from a bespoke menu and chefs ... to the event staff, linen, crockery, furniture and glassware hire.
A glass of gin with dinner?
The evening dinner took place at the stunning Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery, Hampshire and guests enjoyed a tour of the Laverstoke Mill venue with drinks and canapés before sitting down for a three course meal.
On the menu for the first monthly event was:
Mozzarella & peach salad with crushed pecans and salsa verde
Low & slow braised beef, rosemary potatoes, spiced cumin creamed leeks & tarragon carrots
Baked cheesecake with fresh berries and raspberry coulis
